Turns that fail cost nothing

If a turn fails to write (an error, a timeout, or you stop it before the first words appear), you aren't charged for it. This happens automatically.

Rewinding is free

You can take back your last choice at no cost. The new turn you then play costs ink as usual.

Unused ink: 14 days

You can ask for a refund of ink you bought and haven't used, within 14 days of the purchase. If you've used part of a pack, we refund the unused part in proportion to the price you paid. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

To ask, write to support@playselkie.com from the email address on your account, and tell us which purchase it is. We answer within 2 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.

After 14 days

Ink you buy never expires while your account is open, so after 14 days we don't refund it, except where the law where you live says we must. Free ink, such as the welcome gift, isn't refundable.

If something went wrong

If you were charged by mistake, or a story stopped working in a way you think cost you ink, write to us before going to your bank. We'll put it right.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Where your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, you can also ask Link support about a payment.
